Belltech coilovers are engineered to use high_quality purposeful components that work together in unity and create the ideal driving experience. Each coilover has a heavy_duty steel Trail Performance damper that has been zinc plated to prevent rust and wear and is preset with damping forces calibrated perfectly for your specific vehicle. The damper body is a large 60mm, providing more room to keep oil cool for consistent damping. The 35mm independent valves work within the damper to fine_tune damping results, and the sturdy 20mm piston rod gives the design exceptional strength. Keeping things clean and free of debris means components last longer, so Belltech also added a high_quality plastic dust boot to the design. To allow the ideal bump stop engagement, Belltech pairs a progressive rate polymer bump stop with packers. In this coilover design are two springs, the main spring and the helper spring. Both are made of durable steel and powder coated. The helper spring assists the main spring by keeping tension on it when the damper is at full extension.
